What is a trial lesson and how long?

Your first 1/2 hour lesson which is your trial lesson is free.  Just email at millenium_fiddler@yahoo.com for time and date.

What do I need to begin online lessons?

You will need a high speed internet connection, a computer, laptop, tablet or cellphone with a built in microphone and webcam.  Download Skype, Facetime or Zoom Rooms on your device.  Facetime is already installed on iPhones and iPads.  You will also need lighting and a quiet room.  

How much are the lessons?

Lessons are $65.00 (60 min.) $48.00 (45 min.) $35.00 Standard & $30 Senior >59 years old (30 min.) $30.00 (3-month introductory for 1/2 hour lessons ) 

Are online lessons as good as in person lessons?

Although there are some differences, online lessons have show that students are more focused and therefore perform better.  

How long do I practice?

Your first lesson is usually bowing the open strings (no fingerings).  This will need around 20 minutes of practice everyday,  Thereafter, 30 minutes for the 1st book.  You usually add 15 to 30 minutes for additional studies/music depending on the level.  Intermediates usually have 2 books which will require 45 minutes to an hour and so on.
